The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is Hiring a SLP Near Chandler, AZ

About Us:

CASA Speech Therapy DBA The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is Arizona’s newest therapist owned home health agency and is in need of caring therapists to provide in home and clinic based speech therapy services. Our mission is to provide quality services and to be the best in class provider of home and clinic based therapies.

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team either on a contract basis or full time basis. This role will be serving patients in home health and clinic settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to homes of patients to conduct therapy. You choose the zip codes you want to work in.
  • Maintain SOAP notes after each visit. Notes are done electronically.
  • Attend Monthly Staff Meetings
  • Maintain communication with supervisor and families of clients
  • Provide treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using evidence based practice.
  • Implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent (post grad coursework) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid AZ SLP License
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR/Article 9
  • At least 6 months experience in Home Health/Clinic Setting
  • Professional Liability Insurance (if coming onboard as a contractor)
  • Passionate about working with children with Developmental Delays including Autism, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy
  • Highly motivated, self starter
